We are looking for

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Focus Business Applications 

In this role, you will support our clients in implementing business solutions and commercial infrastructures that make a measurable and sustainable contribution to achieving their corporate goals. 

Tasks

• Planning, management, and implementation of projects in the field of business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, document management systems) 

• Requirements management and analysis in close cooperation with specialist departments 

• Coordination of internal and external project teams and service providers 

• Responsibility for the project budget, scheduling, and quality assurance (project controlling) 

• Preparation of project plans, status reports, and decision templates for management 

• Further development and optimization of existing application landscapes 

• Support with change management and training key users 

Profile

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification 

• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally with a focus on business applications 

• Knowledge of relevant systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Odoo, GUS, or similar) is an advantage 

• Confident use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) 

• Strong communication skills, structured approach to work, and a high degree of personal responsibility 

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
