We are looking for
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Digital Product Manager (m/f/d) starting immediately, with strong business acumen and the ability to take full ownership of product responsibility..
The role supports our clients in expanding their digital product landscape and contributes sustainably to achieving the company’s objectives.

Tasks
- Take strategic and operational responsibility for one or more digital products
- Identify and prioritize product requirements based on market and user needs, business metrics, and technical feasibility
- Develop a clear product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
- Work closely with UX/UI, Tech, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful implementation of product ideas
- Create business cases and validate new features and product ideas through data analysis, A/B testing, or customer feedback
- Assume responsibility for the economic success of the products and identify optimization potential early

Profile
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in digital product management – ideally in an agile environment
- Strong ownership mentality: entrepreneurial thinking, fact-based decision-making, and accountability
- Strong sense of business and market mechanisms – KPIs are used as a management tool, not just a reporting obligation
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and confident stakeholder management
- Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and common analytics solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
